چکیده

Abstract The current work aims to evaluate the growth rate, molecular patterns and biological activities of Arthrospira platensis cultivated in culture enriched with different chelated minerals (Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Mg) leather protein hydrolysates (LPHs) glycine addition determine phytochemical contents modified Zarrouk medium. Also, study profile variations (using SDS-PAGE, Comet assay, SCOT-PCR) collected biomasses when compared control (cyanobacteria medium). Superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPX), mineral content each treatment were also determined. obtained Results showed that a significant increment rate A. glycinate treatments was observed especially Cu-glycinate more than Additionally, T11 has high O.D. other but medium had highest LW-chelated minerals. All treated glycine-chelates possessed both conserved additional proteins their SDS-PAGE banding patterns. Moreover, by waste hydrolysate induced discrimination analogues glycine. Six ScoT primers applied produced 323 amplicons an average 68% polymorphism/primer. SDS Scot dendrogram revealed among all treatments, Mg-glycine-chelated closely related. samples polymorphic bands monomorphic ones (either as or DNA), despite no DNA damage (as % tDNA) detected on either treatment.

Bioethanol Production by Carbohydrate-Enriched Biomass of Arthrospira (Spirulina) platensis

In the present study the potential of bioethanol production using carbohydrate-enriched biomass of the cyanobacterium Arthrospira platensis was studied. For the saccharification of the carbohydrate-enriched biomass, four acids (H2SO4, HNO3, HCl and H3PO4) were investigated. Each acid were used at four concentrations, 2.5 N, 1 N, 0.5 N and 0.25 N, and for each acid concentration the saccharifica...

ELECTROLYTIC RECOVERY OF COPPER FROM CHELATED WASTE STREhMS

Electroless plating is a chemical reduction process which depends upon the catalytic reduction of a metallic ion in an aqueous solution containing a reducing agent without the use of electricity (1). Cahill (2) showed that the cupric ion could be reduced autocatalytically with formaldehyde in an alkaline solution. Okinaka (3 ) established that the overall reaction of the catalytic copper platin...

Chelated Minerals for Poultry

Organic minerals have been subject of an increasing number of investigations recently. These compounds can be considered the most significant event regarding commercial forms of minerals targeting animal supplementation in the last decades. Minerals, especially metals, are usually supplemented in poultry feeds using cheap saline sources and have never required a lot of attention in terms of qua...

Improvement of In vitro Proliferation of Apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) by Enriched Nano Chelated Iron Fertilizer

Nano-fertilizers can increase value of products in agriculture. Iron plays many important and essential roles in plant growth and development as compared to other micronutrients. In the present study, effects of different levels of enriched nano chelated Iron fertilizer (25, 50, 100, and 200 mg l-1)  were investigated in comparison with the common Iron (FeSO4.7H2O) on in vitro proliferation of ...
